■ Accommodation Fees

The prices shown on our website are for up to 4 guests and vary depending on weekdays, weekends, and seasons.

If the number of guests changes during your stay, the accommodation fee will also change. For each additional guest beyond 4 (up to the maximum capacity: 6 for Cabins A–E and G, 10 for Cabin F), an extra charge of 6,000 yen per person will apply. This includes infants sharing a bed.

Payment is by advance payment only.

If you need to change the number of guests or the dates before your stay, please contact us.
■ Pets

Only Cabin F allows pets, at a rate of 5,500 yen (tax included) per pet per night. Please be considerate of other guests when staying with pets.
■ BBQ

Usage fee: 2,000 yen (tax included) per day.

Please prepare your own ingredients.

No cancellation fee will be charged if canceled due to rain.

Please pay via the payment URL provided in your reservation confirmation email.
■ Free Outdoor Parking

Cabins A–E and G: up to 2 cars; Cabin F: up to 4 cars. Suitable for large groups.
■ Contact Hours

We accept phone calls from guests daily between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Emails are accepted at any time. Front desk hours may vary depending on the season.
■ Guest Registration

After booking online, guest registration is required. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare requires all accommodation facilities, including inns and hotels, to verify the nationality and passport number of overseas guests who do not reside in Japan, and to make a copy of their passports. If identification is not submitted or is delayed beyond the specified date, your reservation may be canceled. No refunds will be given for inability to stay due to unconfirmed emails or missing information.

After registering, you will receive check-in guidelines. Our facility uses self-check-in. Please check your registered email for instructions.

■ Notes

The stairs to the second floor are quite steep. There is a handrail, but please be careful.

Please keep an eye on small children, especially around stairs, bathrooms, fireplaces, outdoor facilities, and near water.

Some areas show signs of aging.

The outdoor jacuzzi is not available for use.
■ Facilities & Amenities

Our property is a vacation rental-style, whole-cottage accommodation. Meals are not provided, but each cottage is equipped with cooking utensils and tableware.

Please prepare your own seasonings and ingredients.

For details on amenities and free Wi-Fi, please refer to the house manual sent after booking.

In winter (December–March), please use studless tires or chains due to possible snow or icy roads.

Pajamas and yukata are not provided.

We do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers.

Bath towels and hand towels are provided for the number of guests.

No cleaning or towel replacement will be provided during your stay, even for consecutive nights.
■ Fire Safety

Smoking is prohibited inside the facility.

Firecrackers and fireworks are not allowed.

You may use the BBQ grill, but please handle fire with care, especially during dry seasons due to the risk of wildfires.

Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are installed.
■ Silent Time (After 9:00 PM)

Please keep quiet after 9:00 PM in accordance with agreements with neighboring facilities. Please also drink responsibly. The following are prohibited:

Loud conversations outdoors

Playing music outdoors

Any behavior that may disturb neighbors

■ Damage and Additional Charges

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused by themselves or their companions during their stay.
■ Cancellation Policy

No cancellation fee will be charged if you contact us at least 120 hours (5 days) before your reservation date. Higher cancellation fees will apply if you contact us after this period. Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee. All times are based on local time at the property.
■Privacy Policy for Personal Information Handling
Our facility will collect personal information such as your name, address, occupation, contact details, nationality, passport number, etc., in accordance with the Private Lodging Business Act and related laws and regulations, for the purpose of creating and maintaining a guest registry.
The personal information collected will be used only for legitimate purposes, including the creation and storage of the guest registry as required by law, and submission to administrative authorities when necessary. We will not use your personal information for any other purposes. Furthermore, we will not provide or disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent.
We will manage your personal information appropriately and will promptly dispose of it after the legally required retention period (generally 3 years) has expired.
■Jurisdiction Policy
In the event of any legal dispute arising between our facility and a guest, the courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Information on nearby medical facilities, police, fire stations, and evacuation sites will be provided in the house manual sent after booking.
